• No Ducks LLC is granted permission to use pictures of "No Duck" sightings without any threat of copyright infringement and free of any legal threats. You provide us sole discretion to use any pictures submitted.  
• We reserve the right to refuse sales if merchandise is improperly utilized.
• We not infringing on anyone's rights and expect the same in return.
